Abstract

Provided are systems, methods, and electronic vapor devices comprising a heating element casing designed to facilitate an eLiquid heating process while providing a vapor quality which yields a sensation of increased smoothness for a user.

Claims

1. A method comprising:

receiving a mixture of air and a vaporizable material;

heating the mixture of air and the vaporizable material, resulting in a vapor;

applying a cooling element to the vapor;

applying a magnetic field to the vapor; and

expelling the vapor through an exhaust port for inhalation by a user.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein heating the mixture of air and the vaporizable material, resulting in a vapor comprises receiving the mixture of air and the vaporizable material into a heating casing.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein the heating casing comprises ceramic, metal, and/or porcelain.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein applying the cooling element to the vapor comprises passing the vapor through one or more of, a coil, a cooling grid, a cylindrical structure, a single cooled element, an airlock system, or any combination thereof.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the cooling element comprises one or more of, a chemical cooling system or a liquid cooling system.

6. The method of claim 5, wherein the chemical cooling system comprises a container comprising ammonium nitrate in water or other chemical reaction.

7. The method of claim 1, wherein applying the magnetic field to the vapor comprises passing the vapor through one or more of, an electromagnet, a magnetized mixing chamber, and/or a magnetized channel.

8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

receiving a selection of a desired smoothness; and

modifying performance of the cooling element and the magnetic element based on the selected desired smoothness.

9. The method of claim 1 wherein a user inhales the vapor from the exhaust port through an inhalation port, a tube, a mouthpiece, or device end.

10. An apparatus comprising:

an air intake;

a vapor output;

a container for storing a vaporizable material;

a mixing chamber coupled to the air intake for receiving air, the container for receiving the vaporizable material, and a heating element configured for heating the vaporizable material and the received air to generate a vapor;

a heating casing enclosing the heating element;

a cooling element coupled to the mixing chamber, configured for receiving and cooling the vapor; and

a magnetic element coupled to the cooling element, configured for receiving and magnetizing the vapor and providing the vapor to the vapor output.

11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the heating casing comprises ceramic, metal, and/or porcelain.

12. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the cooling element comprises:

one or more of, a coil, a cooling grid, a cylindrical structure, a single cooled element, an airlock system, or any combination thereof.

13. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the cooling element comprises one or more of, a chemical cooling system or a liquid cooling system.

14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the chemical cooling system comprises a container comprising ammonium nitrate in water.

15. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:

a user input interface for receiving a selection of a desired smoothness; and

a processor for modifying performance of the cooling element and the magnetic element based on the selected desired smoothness.

16. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the apparatus comprises an e-cigarette, an e-cigar, an electronic vapor modified device, a hybrid electronic communication handset coupled/integrated vapor device, a micro-sized electronic vapor device, or a robotic vapor device.
