Abstract

A wearable device which diagnoses personal cardiac health condition by monitoring and analyzing heartbeat includes a motion sensor detecting whether the user is in a motion state; a heart rhythm sensor detecting the user'"'"'s signal of heartbeat interval; a memory storing algorithm program and database for data process, comparison, and analysis; a microprocessor calculating, filtering and judging the signal of heartbeat interval; and a feedback module displaying or alarming a judgment result, wherein the wearable device continuously detects the user'"'"'s motion state and heartbeat condition, and detects heart rhythm when the user is not in the motion state to further judge the user'"'"'s cardiac health condition, such as atrial fibrillation.

Claims

1. A method of diagnosing personal cardiac health condition by monitoring and analyzing heartbeat, comprising following steps:

step (1);

judging whether a user is in a motion state;

step (2);

detecting the user'"'"'s heartbeat signal when the user is judged not to be in the motion state;

step (3);

judging whether there is atrial fibrillation by calculating the heartbeat signal to acquire signal of heartbeat interval; and

step (4);

judging whether there is arrhythmia by using a difference between a heartbeat interval and a median of all heartbeat intervals, wherein the difference is acquired by performing abnormal heartbeat detection for the user'"'"'s heartbeat signal to determine there is non-atrial fibrillation.

The method of diagnosing personal cardiac health condition by monitoring and analyzing heartbeat of claim 1, wherein in the step (3), a method of judging whether there is atrial fibrillation by calculating, filtering, and comparing the user'"'"'s heartbeat signal comprises a first filtration stage process and a second filtration stage process, and wherein the first filtration stage process comprises steps as follows:

(1) calculating an average of heartbeat intervals, a standard deviation, and a difference between consecutive heartbeat intervals; and

(2) filtering out the heartbeat signal that is uncertain atrial fibrillation by a normal heartbeat count database;

and the second filtration stage process comprises steps as follows;

(1) excluding abnormal heart beat by using a heartbeat difference of consecutive heart beats;

(2) judging whether there is atrial fibrillation by comparing with a second normal filtration database, and

(3) calculating heartbeat variation degree after exclusion of the abnormal heart beat.

(4) judging whether there is atrial fibrillation by comparing with a second abnormal filtration database.

The method of diagnosing personal cardiac health condition by monitoring and analyzing heartbeat of claim 2, wherein the step (3) further comprises a third filtration stage process to judge the uncertain heartbeat signal to filter out less obvious atrial fibrillation signal, and the third filtration stage process comprises the steps as follows:

(1) judging whether there is atrial fibrillation by comparing with a third normal filtration database;

(2) calculating a standard deviation of left heartbeat interval; and

(3) filtering out abnormal data correlated with atrium.

4. The method of diagnosing personal cardiac health condition by monitoring and analyzing heartbeat of claim 1, wherein the step (4) of judging whether there is arrhythmia by performing the detection of abnormal heart beat for the user'"'"'s heartbeat signal comprises the steps as follows:

(1) detecting and judging the user'"'"'s signal of heartbeat intervals;

(2) further judging whether the user is in an arrhythmia state or not by using the user'"'"'s signal of heartbeat intervals;

(3) calculating the median of heartbeat intervals and the difference between the heartbeat interval and the median of all heartbeat intervals to judge whether the difference is against a threshold of abnormal heart beat or not; and

(4) judging whether a heartbeat difference is against the threshold of abnormal heart beat or not by calculating the heartbeat difference of consecutive heart beats with the user'"'"'s heartbeat signal.

5. The method of diagnosing personal cardiac health condition by monitoring and analyzing heartbeat of claim 1, further comprising a symptom analysis process, wherein the symptom analysis process comprises the step as follows:

(1) judging position of abnormal heart beat in the signal of heartbeat interval;

(2) analyzing whether there is corresponding relationship between the position of abnormal heart beat and information stored in stored database; and

(3) further judging whether the position of abnormal heart beat is corresponding to premature wave, rapid heartbeat, slow heartbeat, or special rhythm if there is the corresponding relationship.

6. The A wearable device, comprising:

a motion sensor detecting whether a user is in a motion state;

a heart rhythm sensor detecting the user'"'"'s signal of heartbeat interval;

a memory storing algorithm program and database for data process, comparison, and analysis;

a microprocessor calculating, filtering and judging the signal of heartbeat interval; and

a feedback module displaying or alarming a judgment result, wherein the wearable device continuously detects the user'"'"'s motion state and heartbeat condition, and detects heart rhythm when the user is not in the motion state to further judge the user'"'"'s cardiac health condition.

7. The wearable device of claim 6, further comprising a wireless transmission module.

8. The wearable device of claim 6, wherein the feedback module is a display or an acoustic device.

9. The wearable device of claim 6, wherein the motion sensor is an acceleration sensor, such as G sensor.

10. The wearable device of claim 6, wherein the heart rhythm sensor detects heartbeat-correlated data by photoplethysmography.
