1. A battery/capacitive vehicle charging system, the system comprising:
- at least one capacitive electrical storage unit, disposed on a charge receiving vehicle, and configured to receive a charge at a charging site and further configured to hold a charge at a first charge value;
at least one battery, disposed on the charge receiving vehicle, and configured to hold a charge at a second charge value;
a charge management unit configured to communicate with the at least one capacitive electrical storage unit and the at least one battery, and further configured to control the first charge value and the second charge value;
wherein the at least one capacitive electrical storage unit receives a charge from the charging site wherein the charge receiving vehicle is charged.

13. A method for battery/capacitive vehicle charging comprising:

providing a battery/capacitive charging system comprising;
at least one capacitive electrical storage unit, disposed on a charge receiving vehicle, and configured to receive a charge at a charging site and further configured to hold a charge at a first charge value;
at least one battery, disposed on the charge receiving vehicle, and configured to hold a charge at a second charge value; and
a charge management unit configured to communicate with the at least one capacitive electrical storage unit and the at least one battery, and further configured to control the first charge value and the second charge value;positioning the charge receiving vehicle at the charging site; positioning the at least one capacitive electrical storage unit to receive charging from the charging site; wherein the charge receiving vehicle controller is further configured to determine a compatibility of the at least one capacitive electrical storage unit with the charging site. - View Dependent Claims (14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20)
