a charge receiving vehicle controller configured to communicate with the charging site to receive charging from the charging site;
wherein the capacitive electrical storage unit receives a charge from the charging site.

16. A method for capacitive vehicle charging comprising:

providing a charge receiving vehicle comprising a capacitive electrical storage unit, the capacitive electrical storage unit comprising at least one surface conformal with an exterior surface of the charge receiving vehicle, the capacitive electrical storage unit configured to receive a charge at a charging site; a charge receiving vehicle controller configured to communicate with the charging site to receive charging from the charging site; positioning the charge receiving vehicle at the charging site; determining, by the microprocessor, a compatible charging configuration between the charge receiving vehicle and the charging site to enable charging of the capacitive electrical storage unit; maneuvering, by the microprocessor, the capacitive electrical storage unit to receive charging from the charging site; wherein the capacitive electrical storage unit receives a charge from the charging site. - View Dependent Claims (17, 18, 19, 20)
