a power supply disposed within the lumen and in electrical communication with the stimulation source.

implanting, with a guide tube, a neurostimulation device near a target area, the neurostimulation device comprising; a capsule body comprising a proximal and a distal end; a MEMS film formed to define a lumen, the MEMS film comprising a plurality of electrodes; an antenna configured to receive signals from an external programmer; a stimulation source disposed within the lumen and in electrical communication with at least one of the plurality of electrodes; and a power supply disposed within the lumen and in electrical communication with the stimulation source; retracting the guide tube; generating, by the stimulation source, a stimulation signal; and stimulating, via at least one of the plurality of electrodes, the target area with the stimulation signal. - View Dependent Claims (16, 17, 18, 19, 20)
