1. A big telematics data communication fault determination system method comprising:

  • at least one first concurrent process for each of at least one mobile device, andat least one second concurrent process for at least one remote device,said first concurrent process determining an active mode or an inactive mode and setting a communication period for communicating with said at least one remote device,said at least one remote device capable for communicating at least one of a signal, or data or message to said at least one remote device within said communication period,said at least one second concurrent process capable for receiving said at least one signal, or data, or message and determining an active mode or an inactive mode and corresponding communication period for each of said at least one mobile device,wherein within a communication fault determination time frame said at least one second concurrent process determines the number of said at least one mobile device expected to communicate with the number of said at least one mobile device actual communication to indicate the presence of a communication fault when the expected number is different from the actual number for each of said least one mobile device that communicated.
