- an upper end portion and a lower end portion connected via an intermediate portion, the end portions extending substantially parallel to each other, the intermediate portion extending substantially perpendicular to the end portions;
a face formed (i) on each of the end portions, and (ii) between edges of the end portions, the edges defined by the end portions and the intermediate portion; and
a surface pattern formed on the upper end portion, the surface pattern (i) extending downwardly and toward the lower end portion, and (ii) defining a blade-abutment surface.
