STACKED ALL-SOLID-STATE BATTERY
First Claim
1. A stacked all-solid-state battery comprising:
- a stacked body including a plurality of power generation elements stacked each other; and
an antecedent short circuit layer arranged outside the stacked body,wherein;
each of the plurality of power generation elements includes a cathode current collector layer, a cathode material layer, a solid electrolyte layer, an anode material layer, and an anode current collector layer stacked each other;
at least one of the cathode current collector layer and the anode current collector layer includes a fuse portion that fuses by overcurrent;
the antecedent short circuit layer includes a first metal layer, a second metal layer, and an aluminum layer provided between the first metal layer and the second metal layer, the aluminum layer including an oxide film on its surface;
the power generation elements are electrically connected to each other in parallel;
the first metal layer is electrically connected with the cathode current collector layer; and
the second metal layer is electrically connected with the anode current collector layer.

In the battery, at least one of the cathode current collector layer and the anode current collector layer includes a fuse portion that fuses by overcurrent, the antecedent short circuit layer includes a first metal layer, a second metal layer and an aluminum layer provided between the first and second metal layers and including an oxide film on its surface; the elements have a parallel connection to each other, and the first and second metal layers are respectively and electrically connected with the cathode and anode current collector layers.
