Abstract

The present invention is directed to a system and process for monitoring jet fuel quality control procedural compliance. One system of the current invention includes a portable computer in communication with a server over network, an equipment database, and a report module. In exemplary process, jet fuel equipment is input into the system and stored in the equipment database, along with the process for its inspection. Inspector profiles are input into the system. The system facilitates notification of required inspections for a facility. The system presents an interface guiding an inspector through inspection of jet fuel and jet fuel equipment inspections. The input is stored by the system, whereby the report module generate reports based on inspection reports, equipment, and facilities.

Claims

1. A system for monitoring jet fuel quality control procedural compliance, said system comprising:

an equipment module having an equipment database and causing a processor and memory to carry out instructions;

an equipment database operable to store jet fuel equipment data and jet fuel equipment inspection reports;

the equipment module storing an inspection process associated with jet fuel equipment;

the system presenting an interactive interface for receiving input of jet fuel and jet fuel equipment inspections.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein said jet fuel equipment data includes an equipment identifier, and an equipment type.

3. The system of claim 1, wherein said jet fuel equipment data includes a facility location and a time zone.

4. The system of claim 1, wherein said jet fuel equipment data includes a model number and performance parameters.

5. The system of claim 1, wherein said equipment module is configured to receive sensor data associated with jet fuel equipment.

6. The system of claim 5, wherein said sensor data includes pressure sensor data.

7. The system of claim 5, wherein said sensor data includes sensor type and a sensor identifier.

8. The system of claim 1, wherein said equipment module is configured to receive inspector data associated with jet fuel equipment.

9. The system of claim 1, wherein said equipment module is configured to periodically trigger inspection report requests.

10. The system of claim 5, wherein said inspection report is triggered based on sensor data.

11. The system of claim 10, wherein said inspection report is triggered based on sensor data threshold values.

12. The system of claim 5, wherein said inspection report is triggered based on pressure sensor data.

13. The system of claim 5, wherein said inspection report is triggered based on differential pressure sensor data.

14. The system of claim 5, wherein said inspection report is triggered based on differential pressure sensor data, said trigger event being a static or threshold value.

15. The system of claim 1 further comprising an inspection module presenting an interface corresponding to subject jet fuel equipment.

16. The system of claim 1 further comprising a report module presenting an interface for real-time inspection report analytics by location.

17. The system of claim 1 further comprising a report module presenting an interface for real-time inspection report analytics by the time zone for subject jet fuel equipment.

18. The system of claim 1 further comprising a spot audit module, whereby an auditor requests inspection reports for selected equipment.

19. A process for monitoring jet fuel quality control procedural compliance, said process comprising:

providing an equipment module having an equipment database and causing a processor and memory to carry out instructions;

an equipment database operable to store jet fuel equipment data and jet fuel equipment inspection reports;

the equipment module storing an inspection process associated with jet fuel equipment;

the system presenting an interactive interface for receiving input of jet fuel and jet fuel equipment inspections.

20. The process of claim 19, wherein said jet fuel equipment data includes an equipment identifier, and an equipment type.

21. The process of claim 19, wherein said jet fuel equipment data includes a facility location and a time zone.

22. The process of claim 19, wherein said jet fuel equipment data includes a model number and performance parameters.
