Abstract

A system, method and wireless earpieces for managing sharing performed by one or more wireless earpieces. User input is received to share data acquired by the one or more wireless earpieces. A determination is made whether a connection is established between the one or more wireless earpieces and a wireless device. The data is shared between the one or more wireless earpieces and the wireless device based on the user input and in response to the connection being established between the one or more wireless earpieces and the wireless device.

Claims

1. A method for managing sharing performed by one or more wireless earpieces, comprising:

receiving user input to share data acquired by the one or more wireless earpieces;

determining whether a connection is established between the one or more wireless earpieces and a wireless device; and

sharing the data between the one or more wireless earpieces and the wireless device based on the user input and in response to the connection being established between the one or more wireless earpieces and the wireless device.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the user input includes user preferences for automatically sharing data from the one or more wireless earpieces.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the user input is one of a voice command, tactile command, or gesture sensed by the one or more wireless earpieces.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the data includes biometric data, activity data, and entertainment data.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the sharing is performed in response to the user input specifying a threshold distance for automatically sharing data with the wireless device.

6. The method of claim 1, wherein the connection is a near field communication between the one or more wireless earpieces and the wireless device.

7. The method of claim 1, wherein the connection is a Bluetooth connection established between the one or more wireless earpieces and the wireless device.

8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

training the wireless earpieces to automatically share data with designated wireless devices.

9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

searching for the connection to a plurality of authorized devices including the wireless device.

10. The method of claim 1, wherein the sharing is performed from either or both of a pair of wireless earpieces including the one or more wireless earpieces.

11. The method of claim 1 wherein each of the at least one wireless earpiece comprises a frame for fitting in an ear of a user, a logic engine controlling functionality of the wireless earpiece, a plurality of sensors receiving biometric information from the user, and a transceiver communicating with at least a wireless device.

12. A wireless earpiece, comprising:

a frame for fitting in an ear of a user;

a logic engine controlling functionality of the wireless earpiece;

a plurality of sensors receiving biometric information from the user;

a transceiver communicating with at least a wireless device;

wherein the logic engine receives user input to share data acquired by the plurality of sensors or logic engine, determines whether a connection is established between the wireless earpiece and the wireless device, and shares the data between the wireless earpiece and the wireless device based on the user input and in response to the connection being established between the wireless earpiece and the wireless device.

13. The wireless earpiece of claim 12, wherein the user input includes user preferences for automatically sharing data from the wireless earpieces.

14. The wireless earpiece of claim 12, wherein the data includes biometric data, activity data, and entertainment data.

15. The wireless earpiece of claim 12, wherein the sharing is performed in response to the user input specifying a threshold distance for automatically sharing data with the wireless device.

16. The wireless earpiece of claim 12, wherein the logic engine is trainable to automatically share data with designated wireless devices.

17. The wireless earpiece of claim 12, wherein the transceiver searches for the connection to a plurality of authorized devices including the wireless device.

18. A wireless earpieces comprising:

a processor for executing a set of instructions; and

a memory for storing the set of instructions, wherein the set of instructions are executed to;

receive user input to share data acquired by the one or more wireless earpieces;

determine whether a connection is established between the one or more wireless earpieces and a wireless device; and

share the data between the one or more wireless earpieces and the wireless device based on the user input and in response to the connection being established between the one or more wireless earpieces and the wireless device.

19. The wireless earpieces of claim 18, wherein the user input includes user preferences for automatically sharing data from the one or more wireless earpieces.

20. The wireless earpieces of claim 18, wherein the data includes biometric data, activity data, and entertainment data;

wherein the sharing is performed in response to the user input specifying a threshold distance for automatically sharing data with the wireless device;

wherein the set of instructions are further executed to train the wireless earpieces to automatically share data with designated wireless devices.
