1. A method of manufacturing a golf club head, the method comprising:
- providing a plurality of weight portions having a first set of weight portions and a second set of weight portions, each weight portion of the first set of weight portions being associated with a first mass, and each weight portion of the second set of weight portions being associated with a second mass less than the first mass;
providing a body portion having a front portion, a rear portion, a toe portion, a heel portion, a top portion, a bottom portion having an outer surface associated with an outer surface curve; and
forming a plurality of weight ports along a periphery of a weight port region located at or proximate to the bottom portion, each weight port being defined by a bore having an opening on the outer surface of the bottom portion and a bore wall extending into the body portion from the opening, the bore opening and the bore wall of each weight port being separate from the bore opening and the bore wall of an adjacent weight port with each weight port configured to receive at least one weight portion of the plurality of weight portions,wherein forming the plurality of weight ports comprises forming the weight ports of the plurality of weight ports in at least one arc extending between the toe and heel portions and substantially similarly spaced apart along the at least one arc and separated by an outer surface portion of the bottom portion.

providing a plurality of weight portions; providing a body portion having a front portion, a rear portion, a toe portion, a heel portion, a top portion, a bottom portion having an outer surface associated with an outer surface curve; and forming a plurality of weight ports in a weight port region located at or proximate to the bottom portion, each weight port being defined by a bore having an opening on the outer surface of the bottom portion and a bore wall extending into the body portion from the opening, the bore opening and the bore wall of each weight port being separate from the bore opening and the bore wall of an adjacent weight port with each weight port configured to receive at least one weight portion of the plurality of weight portions, wherein forming the plurality of weight ports comprises forming the weight ports of the plurality of weight ports in at least one arc along the periphery of the weight port region extending between the toe portion and the heel portion, wherein forming the plurality of weight ports comprises forming each weight port of the plurality of weight ports spaced apart from an adjacent weight port in the at least one arc and separated by an outer surface portion of the bottom portion defining the outer surface curve, and wherein forming the plurality of weight ports comprises forming weight ports of the plurality of weight ports extending more than 50% of a maximum distance between the toe and heel portions across the bottom portion. - View Dependent Claims (9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14)

15. A method of manufacturing a hybrid-type golf club head, the method comprising:

providing a plurality of weight portions; providing a body portion having a front portion, a rear portion, a toe portion, a heel portion, a top portion, a bottom portion having an outer surface associated with an outer surface curve; and forming a plurality of weight ports in a weight port region located at or proximate to the bottom portion, each weight port configured to receive at least one weight portion of the plurality of weight portions, each weight port being defined by a bore having an opening on the outer surface of the bottom portion and a bore wall extending into the body portion from the opening, the bore opening and the bore wall of each weight port being separate from the bore opening and the bore wall of an adjacent weight port; wherein forming the plurality of weight ports comprises forming weight ports of the plurality of weight ports substantially similarly spaced apart along a periphery of the weight port region and extending from a region proximate to the toe portion to a region proximate to the heel portion in a generally C-shaped arc being concave relative to the rear portion. - View Dependent Claims (16, 17, 18, 19, 20)
