1. A method for deriving an integration module using an electronic computing device, the method comprising:
- providing a framework coupled with a system of computer hardware for remotely monitoring and scheduling a plurality of data integration (DI) jobs between a plurality of enterprise applications, wherein the framework provides an extensible and reusable architecture for the integration module;
adding to the integration module at least one function or component corresponding with a user specified requirement via the framework;
deploying the integration module as an embedded client to one of the plurality of enterprise applications by the framework.
