1. A partial discharge signal processing device comprising:

  • a partial discharge signal receiver that receives an electromagnetic wave as a partial discharge signal, which is generated by partial discharge in an electric machine;

    a partial discharge signal processor which detects the partial discharge signal, and performs signal processing; and

    a coaxial cable through which said partial discharge signal receiver is connected to said partial discharge signal processor to transmit the partial discharge signal,wherein said partial discharge signal processor includes;

    a frequency limiting circuitry which sets a reference frequency to equal to or higher than 1 GHz, and limits a frequency of the partial discharge signal by a frequency bandwidth at which fluctuations in attenuation amount are within 0.1 dB centering on the reference frequency;

    an attenuation amount correcting circuitry that corrects a value of the partial discharge signal at the bandwidth on the basis of the signal attenuation amount of signal attenuation characteristics at the bandwidth of said coaxial cable; and

    a signal outputting circuitry that outputs the corrected partial discharge signal.
