a second conductive segment, wherein a distance between the first conductive segment and the second conductive segment is greater than the first predetermined width; and
a second plurality of conductive segments interleaved with the first plurality of conductive segments, wherein the second plurality of conductive segments and the first plurality of conductive segments are coupled to the cell to transmit a signal.

The first conductive segment and the second conductive segment are coupled to the cell to transmit a signal, and a distance between the first conductive segment and the second conductive segment is greater than the first predetermined width.
