Abstract

An integrated circuit and a method are disclosed herein. The integrated circuit includes a cell and a first plurality of conductive segments. Each of the first plurality of conductive segments has a first predetermined width, and the first plurality of conductive segments includes a first conductive segment, and a second conductive segment. The first conductive segment and the second conductive segment are coupled to the cell to transmit a signal, and a distance between the first conductive segment and the second conductive segment is greater than the first predetermined width.

Claims

1. An integrated circuit comprising:

a cell;

a first plurality of conductive segments, wherein each of the first plurality of conductive segments has a first predetermined width, and the first plurality of conductive segments comprise;

a first conductive segment; and

a second conductive segment, wherein a distance between the first conductive segment and the second conductive segment is greater than the first predetermined width; and

a second plurality of conductive segments interleaved with the first plurality of conductive segments, wherein the second plurality of conductive segments and the first plurality of conductive segments are coupled to the cell to transmit a signal.

2. The integrated circuit of claim 1,

wherein each of the second plurality of conductive segments has a second predetermined width, and the second plurality of conductive segments comprise:

a third conductive segment coupled to the first conductive segment, the second conductive segment, and the cell to transmit the signal; and

a fourth conductive segment coupled to the first conductive segment, the second conductive segment, and the cell to transmit the signal, and a distance between the third conductive segment and the fourth conductive segment is greater than the second predetermined width.

3. The integrated circuit of claim 2, further comprising:

a plurality of vias coupling between two of the first conductive segment, the second conductive segment, the third conductive segment, and the fourth conductive segment.

4. The integrated circuit of claim ₃, wherein the vias comprise:

a first via coupling the first conductive segment with the third conductive segment;

a second via coupling the first conductive segment with the fourth conductive segment;

a third via coupling the second conductive segment with the third conductive segment; and

a fourth via coupling the second conductive segment with the fourth conductive segment.

5. The integrated circuit of claim 3, wherein the cell comprises a terminal configured to receive or transmit the signal, and the vias comprise:

a first via coupling the third conductive segment with the terminal of the cell; and

a second via coupling between the fourth conductive segment with the terminal of the cell.

21. The integrated circuit of claim 1, wherein the first plurality of the conductive segments is coupled to a terminal of the cell via the second plurality of conductive segments.

22. The integrated circuit of claim 1, wherein the first plurality of the conductive segments is configured to transmit the signal to a terminal via the second plurality of the conductive segments.

6. An integrated circuit, comprising:

a plurality of conductive segments coupled with each other through a plurality of nodes; and

a cell comprising a terminal, the terminal being coupled to the nodes, to receive or transmit a signal through all of the conductive segments,

wherein the conductive segments comprises;

a first set of the conductive segments; and

a second set of the conductive segments interleaved with the first set of the conductive segments.

7. The integrated circuit of claim 6,

wherein the second set of the conductive segments is interleaved with the first set of the conductive segments at the nodes, and coupled to the terminal of the cell.

8. The integrated circuit of claim 7, wherein each of the conductive segments of the first set of the conductive segments has a first predetermined width, and a distance of adjacent two conductive segments of the first set of the conductive segments is greater than the first predetermined width,

wherein each of the conductive segments of the second set of the conductive segments has a second predetermined width, and a distance of adjacent two conductive segments of the second set of the conductive segments is greater than the second predetermined width.

9. The integrated circuit of claim 6, further comprising:

a plurality of vias disposed at the nodes, to couple the conductive segments with the terminal of the cell.

10. The integrated circuit of claim 6, wherein the first set of the conductive segments comprise:

a first conductive segment coupled to a first node and a second node of the nodes; and

a second conductive segment coupled to a third node and a fourth node of the nodes.

11. The integrated circuit of claim 10, wherein each of the first conductive segment and the second conductive segment has a first predetermined width, and a distance between the first conductive segment and the second conductive segment is greater than the first predetermined width.

12. The integrated circuit of claim 10, wherein the second set of the conductive segments further comprise:

a third conductive segment coupled to the first conductive segment at the first node, and coupled to the second conductive segment at the third node; and

a fourth conductive segment coupled to the first conductive segment at the second node, and coupled to the second conductive segment at the fourth node,

wherein both of the third conductive segment and the fourth conductive segment are coupled to the terminal of the cell.

13. The integrated circuit of claim 12, wherein each of the third conductive segment and the fourth conductive segment has a second predetermined width, and a distance between the third conductive segment and the fourth conductive segment is greater than the second predetermined width.

14. The integrated circuit of claim 12, further comprising:

a first via disposed at the first node to couple the first conductive segment with the third conductive segment;

a second via disposed at the second node to couple the first conductive segment with the fourth conductive segment;

a third via disposed at the third node to couple the second conductive segment with the third conductive segment; and

a fourth via disposed at the fourth node to couple the second conductive segment with the fourth conductive segment.

23. An integrated circuit, comprising:

a cell;

a first plurality of conductive segments disposed at a side of the cell; and

a second plurality of conductive segments interleaved with the first plurality of conductive segments and configured to transmit a signal from the first plurality of conductive segments to the cell or from the cell to the first plurality of conductive segments.

The integrated circuit of claim 23, wherein each of the first plurality of the conductive segments has a first predetermined width, a distance of adjacent two conductive segments of the first plurality of the conductive segments is greater than the first predetermined width, each of the second plurality of the conductive segments has a second predetermined width, and a distance of adjacent two conductive segments of the second plurality of the conductive segments is greater than the second predetermined width.

25. The integrated circuit of claim 23, wherein the first plurality of the conductive segments are coupled to a terminal of the cell via the second plurality of the conductive segments.

26. The integrated circuit of claim 23, wherein the first plurality of the conductive segments are interleaved with the second plurality of the conductive segments at a plurality of nodes.
