1. An arterial anchor device for use in an anastomotic connector comprising:
- a generally tubular main body comprising a metal frame-like structure comprising a plurality of struts and connectors and including a distal end, a mid-portion, and a proximal end; and
a plurality of flanges integrally formed with the main body at a distal end thereof, said flanges movable between a loaded position and an expanded position, wherein said distal end comprises a variable cutting pattern such that the struts and connectors at the distal end are closer together than the struts and connectors at the mid-portion and proximal end.

Abstract
An arterial anchor device operably coupled by graft material to form an anastomotic connector is provided. The arterial anchor device comprises a generally tubular main body including a distal end and a proximal end, the distal end defining a plurality of flanges integrally formed with the tubular main body and being movable from a first loaded position to a second expanded position. The arterial anchor device is fluidly connected by a graft to form an anastomotic connector.
