determining the complexity of the uploaded electronic document, wherein determining the complexity of the uploaded electronic document comprises analyzing the uploaded document'"'"'s readability, identifying one or more hyperlinks in the uploaded electronic document, and determining a number of clauses within the uploaded electronic document;
assigning a complexity score to the uploaded electronic document based on the analyzed complexity of the uploaded electronic document;
identifying an estimated review time for the uploaded electronic document based on the assigned complexity score; and
based on the estimated review time, providing a suggested review schedule of the uploaded electronic document.
