Abstract
The present invention provides an apparatus and method for uplink signal power control in a dynamic Time Division Duplexing (TDD) cell. According to the method, after accessing a dynamic TDD cell, a User Equipment (UE) receives from an evolved NodeB (eNB) an uplink power control parameter which has been adjusted for a conflict uplink sub-frame.

receiving, from a base station, first signaling information indicating a subframe configuration for a serving cell, and second signaling information comprising a first parameter set and a second parameter set for uplink power control; determining a first transmit power for an uplink data channel in a first subframe identified by the first signaling information based on the first parameter set; determining a second transmit power for an uplink data channel in a second subframe identified by the first signaling information based on the second parameter set; transmitting uplink data on the uplink data channel in the first subframe using the first transmit power in the first subframe; and transmitting uplink data on the uplink data channel in the second subframe using the second transmit power in the second subframe. - View Dependent Claims (15, 16, 17)
