13. A method of forming an occlusive device, comprising:

providing a mandrel having a first cylindrical portion and a second cylindrical portion;
said second cylindrical portion having a smaller diameter than the first cylindrical portion;
the second cylindrical portion being connected to an end of the first cylindrical portion at a location offset from a center axis of the first cylindrical portion;disposing a cylindrically braided mesh over the first cylindrical portion and the second cylindrical portion; conforming a portion of the braided mesh to the second cylindrical portion; and heat setting the braided mesh on the mandrel. - View Dependent Claims (14, 15)
