Abstract

There is provided a head mounted display comprising: an interface unit to which a cartridge can be connected; and at least one controller configured to activate a predetermined operation mode according to information acquired from the cartridge when the cartridge is connected to the interface unit.

Claims

1. A head mounted display comprising:

an interface unit to which a cartridge can be connected; and

at least one controller configured to activate a predetermined operation mode according to information acquired from the cartridge when the cartridge is connected to the interface unit.

2. The head mounted display according to claim 1, wherein the at least one controller is further configured to acquire an application from the cartridge.

3. The head mounted display according to claim 1, wherein the predetermined operation mode is a mode of determining on/off state of functions of the head mounted display based on the acquired information.

4. The head mounted display according to claim 1,

wherein the function includes a reproduction function, and

the at least one controller is further configured to turn on the reproduction function for at least one of an image and a sound according to the acquired information.

5. The head mounted display according to claim 3 further comprising a communicator,

wherein the function includes a notification function, and

when an emergency notification is received by the communicator, the at least one controller is further configured to turn on the notification function and notify the emergency.
