a movement detector configured to detect that the head mounted display device moves to a specific place based on a captured image obtained by the outside scene imager; and
a processing controller configured to disable a first image capturing function of the head mounted display device while maintaining operation of a second image capturing function of the head mounted display device that recognizes the outside scene, when movement to the specific place is detected.
