Abstract

The present invention relates to a device and method for displaying cartoon data. The device for displaying cartoon data includes a storage unit configured to store a first layer as a main cut of cartoon data and second to N^th layers as sub cuts having additional information to be added to the main cut, wherein the first to N^th layers are displayed in a display region of a user terminal, a detection unit configured to detect a surrounding environment of the user terminal or data input to the user terminal, and a control unit configured to initiate a display of any one of the second to N^th layers in the display region of the user terminal according to a detection result of the detection unit.

Claims

1. A cartoon data display device comprising:

a storage unit configured to store a first layer as a main cut of cartoon data displayed in a display region of a user terminal and also store second to N^th layers as different sub cuts having additional information to be added to the main cut;

a detection unit configured to detect a surrounding environment of the user terminal or data input to the user terminal; and

a control unit configured to display of any one of the second to N^th layers in the display region of the user terminal according to a detection result of the detection unit.

2. The cartoon data display device of claim 1, wherein:

the detection unit comprises a first detection unit configured to detect an illuminance around the user terminal; and

the control unit displays the second layer in the display region of the user terminal when the illuminance detected by the first detection unit is less than or equal to a reference illuminance.

3. The cartoon data display device of claim 1, wherein:

the detection unit comprises a second detection unit configured to detect noise around the user terminal; and

the control unit displays the third layer in the display region of the user terminal when the noise detected by the second detection unit is greater than a reference noise level.

4. The cartoon data display device of claim 1, wherein:

the detection unit comprises a third detection unit configured to track eyes of a user looking at the user terminal; and

the control unit displays the fourth layer in the display region of the user terminal when an eye tracking result of the third detection unit is that the eyes of the user are fixed in a reference region on the user terminal.

5. The cartoon data display device of claim 1, wherein:

the detection unit comprises a fourth detection unit configured to detect a gesture of a user input to the user terminal; and

the control unit displays the fifth layer in the display region of the user terminal when a gesture detection result of the fourth detection unit is that the gesture has changed from a first gesture to a second gesture.

6. The cartoon data display device of claim 1, wherein:

the detection unit comprises a fifth detection unit configured to detect a tilt of the user terminal; and

the control unit displays the sixth layer in the display region of the user terminal when the tilt detected by the fifth detection unit is greater than a reference tilt.

7. The cartoon data display device of claim 1, wherein:

the detection unit comprises a sixth detection unit configured to detect an acceleration of the user terminal; and

the control unit displays the seventh layer in the display region of the user terminal when the acceleration detected by the sixth detection unit is greater than a reference acceleration.

8. The cartoon data display device of claim 1, wherein:

the detection unit comprises a seventh detection unit configured to detect a temperature or humidity around the user terminal; and

the control unit displays the eighth layer in the display region of the user terminal when the temperature or humidity detected by the seventh detection unit is greater than a reference temperature or humidity level.

9. The cartoon data display device of claim 1, wherein:

the control unit combines and displays the first layer and one or more of the second to N^th layers in the display region of the user terminal according to the detection result of the detection unit.

10. A cartoon data display method comprising:

storing, in a storage unit, a first layer as a main cut of cartoon data displayed in a display region of a user terminal and also storing second to N^th layers as different sub cuts having additional information to added to the main cut;

detecting, by a detection unit, a surrounding environment of the user terminal or data input to the user terminal; and

displaying, by a control unit, any one of the second to N^th layers in the display region of the user terminal according to a detection result of the detection unit.

11. The cartoon data display method of claim 10, wherein:

the detecting the surrounding environment comprises detecting, by a first detection unit, an illuminance around the user terminal; and

the second layer is displayed in the display region of the user terminal when the illuminance detected by the first detection unit is less than or equal to a reference illuminance.

12. The cartoon data display method of claim 10, wherein:

the detecting the surrounding environment comprises detecting, by a second detection unit, noise around the user terminal; and

the third layer is displayed in the display region of the user terminal when the noise detected by the second detection unit is greater than a reference noise level.

13. The cartoon data display method of claim 10, wherein:

the detecting the surrounding environment comprises tracking, by a third detection unit, eyes of a user looking at the user terminal; and

t the fourth layer is displayed in the display region of the user terminal when an eye tracking result of the third detection unit is that the user'"'"'s eyes are fixed in a reference region on the user terminal.

14. The cartoon data display method of claim 10, wherein:

the detecting the surrounding environment comprises detecting, by a fourth detection unit, a gesture of a user input to the user terminal; and

the fifth layer is displayed in the display region of the user terminal when a gesture detection result of the fourth detection unit is that the gesture has changed from a first gesture to a second gesture.

15. The cartoon data display method of claim 10, wherein:

the detecting the surrounding environment comprises detecting, by a fifth detection unit, a tilt of the user terminal; and

the sixth layer is displayed in the display region of the user terminal when the tilt detected by the fifth detection unit is greater than a reference tilt.

16. The cartoon data display method of claim 10, wherein:

the detecting the surrounding environment comprises detecting, by a sixth detection unit, a movement state of the user terminal; and

the seventh layer is displayed in the display region of the user terminal when the acceleration detected by the sixth detection unit is greater than a reference acceleration.

17. The cartoon data display method of claim 10, wherein:

the detecting the surrounding environment comprises detecting, by a seventh detection unit, a temperature or humidity around the user terminal; and

the eighth layer is displayed in the display region of the user terminal when the temperature or humidity detected by the seventh detection unit is greater than a reference temperature or humidity level.

18. The cartoon data display method of claim 10, wherein:

the first layer and one or more of the second to N^th layers are combined and displayed in the display region of the user terminal according to the detection result of the detection unit.

19. A non-transitory computer readable recording medium storing a computer program for displaying cartoon data on a display region of a user terminal, the computer program enabling a computer to execute the steps comprising:

storing, in a storage unit, a first layer as a main cut of cartoon data displayed in a display region of a user terminal and also storing second to N^th layers as different sub cuts having additional information to added to the main cut;

detecting, through a detection unit, a surrounding environment of the user terminal or data input to the user terminal; and

displaying any one of the second to N^th layers in the display region of the user terminal according to a detection result of the detection unit.
