1. A system, comprising:
- a non-transitory memory; and
one or more hardware processors coupled to the non-transitory memory and configured to execute instructions from the non-transitory memory to cause the system to perform operations comprising;
identifying a transaction that includes a physical delivery of an item to a user-specified location;
responsive to the identifying, obtaining an access token based at least in part on one or more access restrictions associated with the user-specified location; and
electronically communicating the access token available to a device corresponding to a party associated with the physical delivery of the item, wherein the access token enables the party to enter a predefined secured subarea within the user-specified location.
