Abstract

The present invention relates to compositions and methods for treating diseases, disorders or conditions associated with the expression of the Glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked GDNF family α-receptor 4 (GFRα4).

Claims

1. An isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), wherein the CAR comprises an antigen binding domain, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular signaling domain, and wherein the antigen binding domain binds to a Glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked GDNF family α

4) cell-surface receptor.
