Abstract

A light source module includes a wiring board and a LED array electrically connected to the wiring board. The LED array can be driven to emit a first group of emission peaks in 300 nm≦λ_max<450 nm, a second group of emission peaks in 450 nm≦λ_max<550 nm, and a third group of emission peaks in 550 nm for matching the spectrum of sunlight underwater. When the maximum peak intensity of the emission peaks in the second group is taken as 1.0, the peak intensity I_a of each emission peak in the first group is in a range of 0<I_a≦0.9, and the peak intensity I_b of each emission peak in the third group is in a range of 0<I_b≦0.9. Accordingly, the light source module is suitable for aquatic species and can enhance growing rate of the aquatic species.

Claims

1. A light source module, comprising:

a wiring board; and

an LED array electrically connected to the wiring board which is driven to emit a first group of emission peaks in 300 nm≦

450 nm, a second group of emission peaks in 450 nm≦

550 nm, and a third group of emission peaks in 550 nm≦

600 nm, wherein those emission peaks match the spectrum of sunlight underwater;

0.9 and the peak intensity I_b of each emission peak in the third group is in a range of 0<

0.9 when a maximum peak intensity of the emission peaks in the second group is taken as 1.0.

2. The light source module as claimed in claim 1, wherein a maximum peak intensity of the first group of emission peaks is in a range of 0.5 to 0.9, and a maximum peak intensity of the third group of emission peaks is in a range of 0.1 to 0.8.

3. The light source module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the LED array comprises a plurality of light emitting units with different wavelengths, wherein these light emitting units are arranged in mosaic mode or straight mode.

4. The light source module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the emission peaks matching the spectrum of sunlight underwater are provided by a plurality of LED chips with different wavelengths.

The light source module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the emission peaks matching the spectrum of sunlight underwater are provided by a plurality of LED chips with different wavelength and at least one fluorescence material layer on a LED excitation source, wherein the excitation light emitted by the fluorescence material layer is in a range of 510 nm≦

λ

6. The light source module as claimed in claim 5, wherein the excitation light emitted from at least one LED excitation source is in a range of 200 nm≦

7. The light source module as claimed in claim 5, wherein a waveband of the light emitted by at least one fluorescence material layer is further in a range of 620 nm to 780 nm.

8. The light source module as claimed in claim 5, wherein the light with a CIE1931 color coordinate of 0.1≦

0.65 and 0.35≦

0.85 is emitted by at least one of the fluorescence material layer.

9. The light source module as claimed in claim 1, wherein a fourth group of emission peaks is further emitted when the LED array is driven, wherein the fourth group of emission peaks includes at least one emission peak in 600 nm≦

10. The light source module as claimed in claim 9, wherein at least one emission peak of the fourth group of emission peaks is provided by at least one LED chip or at least one fluorescence material layer on at least one LED excitation source.

11. The light source module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the LED array comprises a plurality of surface mount LED elements, wherein the surface mount LED elements are arranged on the wiring board.
