Abstract

There is provided an information processing apparatus including a correspondence relationship information change unit for changing a correspondence relationship information indicating each correspondence relationship between a plurality of image pickup devices and a plurality of controllers, the image pickup devices and the controllers being associated with each other, the controller being used to operate at least one of the plurality of image pickup devices, and the controller being capable of operating the image pickup device associated with the controller.

Claims

1. A non-transitory computer-readable medium having stored thereon, computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer, cause the computer to execute operations, the operations comprising:

controlling a display device to display a list of a plurality of cameras;

selecting at least one camera from the plurality of cameras;

controlling the display device to further display information for setting the selected at least one camera from the plurality of the cameras;

generating a control signal for controlling an operational setting of the selected at least one camera based on a user input on the displayed information;

remotely controlling the operational setting of the selected at least one camera by transmitting the control signal to a communication device based on an IP protocol;

controlling the display device to further display image data generated by the at least one camera of the plurality of the cameras based on a selection of a displayed object that manages the image data; and

controlling the display device to further display a transmission state of the at least one camera of the plurality of the cameras.

2. The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 1, wherein the list of the plurality of the cameras and the information for setting of the at least one camera are displayed concurrently.

3. The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 1, the operations further comprising:

controlling the display device to further display corresponding parameters of each of the plurality of the cameras and corresponding transmission states of each of the plurality of the cameras.

4. The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 1, the operations further comprising:

controlling the display device to further display correspondence relationship information indicating a correspondence relationship between the plurality of the cameras and a plurality of communication devices.

5. The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 4,

wherein each camera of the plurality of the cameras is configured to communicate with each corresponding communication device of the plurality of communication devices based on the correspondence relationship information.

6. The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 5,

wherein each camera of the plurality of the cameras is configured to wirelessly communicate with each corresponding communication device of the plurality of communication devices based on the IP protocol.

7. The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 4, the operations further comprising:

changing the correspondence relationship information indicating the correspondence relationship between the plurality of the cameras and the plurality of communication devices.

8. The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 1, wherein the displayed object comprises a tab.

9. The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 1, the operations further comprising:

managing a file that is different from the image data.

10. The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 1, the operations further comprising:

converting the image data into a file with a first file format.

11. The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of the cameras are configured to broadcast data.

12. The non-transitory computer-readable medium according to claim 1, the operations further comprising:

controlling the display device to further display a model name of the at least one camera of the plurality of cameras.

13. An information processing method, comprising:

in an image processing apparatus;

controlling a display device to display a list of a plurality of cameras;

selecting at least one camera from the plurality of cameras;

controlling the display device to further display information for setting the selected at least one camera from the plurality of the cameras;

generating a control signal for controlling an operational setting of the selected at least one camera based on a user input on the displayed information;

remotely controlling the operational setting of the selected at least one camera by transmitting the control signal to a communication device based on an IP protocol;

controlling the display device to further display image data generated by the at least one camera of the plurality of the cameras based on a selection of a displayed object that manages the image data; and

controlling the display device to further display a transmission state of the at least one camera of the plurality of the cameras.

14. The information processing method according to claim 13, wherein the list of the plurality of the cameras and the information for the setting of the at least one camera are displayed concurrently.

15. The information processing method according to claim 13, further comprising:

controlling the display device to further display corresponding parameters of each of the plurality of the cameras and corresponding transmission states of each of the plurality of the cameras.

16. The information processing method according to claim 13, further comprising:

controlling the display device to further display correspondence relationship information indicating a correspondence relationship between the plurality of the cameras and a plurality of communication devices.

17. The information processing method according to claim 16,

wherein each camera of the plurality of the cameras is configured to communicate with each corresponding communication device of the plurality of communication devices based on the correspondence relationship information.

18. The information processing method according to claim 17,

wherein each camera of the plurality of the cameras is configured to wirelessly communicate with each corresponding communication device of the plurality of communication devices based on the IP protocol.

19. The information processing method according to claim 16, further comprising:

changing the correspondence relationship information indicating the correspondence relationship between the plurality of the cameras and the plurality of communication devices.

20. An information processing apparatus, comprising:

a circuitry configured to;

control a display device to display a list of a plurality of cameras;

select at least one camera from the plurality of cameras;

control the display device to further display information to set the selected at least one camera from the plurality of the cameras;

generate a control signal that controls an operational setting of the selected camera in response to a user input on the displayed information;

remotely control the operational setting of the selected at least one camera by transmission of the control signal to a communication device based on an IP protocol;

control the display device to further display image data generated by the at least one camera of the plurality of the cameras based on a selection of a displayed object that manages the image data; and

control the display device to further display a transmission state of the at least one camera of the plurality of the cameras.

21. A camera system, comprising:

a plurality of cameras; and

an information processing apparatus comprising;

a circuitry configured to;

control a display device to display a list of the plurality of the cameras,

select at least one camera from the plurality of cameras,

control the display device to further display information to set the selected at least one camera from the plurality of the cameras,

generate a control signal that controls an operational setting of the selected at least one camera based on a user input on the displayed information,

remotely control the operational setting of the selected at least one camera by transmission of the control signal to a communication device based on an IP protocol,

control the display device to further display image data generated by the at least one camera of the plurality of the cameras based on a selection of a displayed object that manages the image data, and

control the display device to further display a transmission state of the at least one camera of the plurality of the cameras.
