Abstract

An information processing apparatus includes an archive file generation unit and a deriving unit. The archive file generation unit generates multiple archive files each including one or more pieces of document data and information regarding one or more processing functions. The one or more pieces of document data are each associated with the one or more processing functions. The information indicates one or more processes to be executed on the one or more pieces of document data. The deriving unit derives, from the multiple generated archive files, a common processing function among the processing functions that is common to the archive files and a piece of document data among the pieces of document data that is associated with the common processing function.

Claims

1. An information processing apparatus comprising:

an archive file generation unit that generates a plurality of archive files each including one or more pieces of document data and information regarding one or more processing functions, the one or more pieces of document data each being associated with the one or more processing functions, the information indicating one or more processes to be executed on the one or more pieces of document data; and

a deriving unit that derives, from the plurality of archive files generated, a common processing function among the processing functions that is common to the archive files and a piece of document data among the pieces of document data that is associated with the common processing function.

2. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1,

wherein the information regarding the one or more processing functions includes information regarding an order in which the plurality of processing functions are to be executed.

3. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:

a display controller that performs display control on the common processing function derived by the deriving unit and on the piece of derived document data associated with the common processing function.

4. The information processing apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising:

a display controller that performs display control on the common processing function derived by the deriving unit and on the piece of derived document data associated with the common processing function.

5. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:

a process execution unit that executes the common processing function derived by the deriving unit on the piece of derived document data associated with the common processing function.

6. The information processing apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising:

a process execution unit that executes the common processing function derived by the deriving unit on the piece of derived document data associated with the common processing function.

7. The information processing apparatus according to claim 3, further comprising:

a process execution unit that executes the common processing function derived by the deriving unit on the piece of derived document data associated with the common processing function.

8. The information processing apparatus according to claim 4, further comprising:

a process execution unit that executes the common processing function derived by the deriving unit on the piece of derived document data associated with the common processing function.

9. The information processing apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising:

an update controller that performs control after the common processing function derived by the deriving unit is executed on the piece of derived document data associated with the common processing function, the control being performed to update, with a process result, the piece of document data included in the plurality of archive files, the piece of document data corresponding to the piece of derived document data.

10. The information processing apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising:

an update controller that performs control after the common processing function derived by the deriving unit is executed on the piece of derived document data associated with the common processing function, the control being performed to update, with a process result, the piece of document data included in the plurality of archive files, the piece of document data corresponding to the piece of derived document data.

11. The information processing apparatus according to claim 7, further comprising:

an update controller that performs control after the common processing function derived by the deriving unit is executed on the piece of derived document data associated with the common processing function, the control being performed to update, with a process result, the piece of document data included in the plurality of archive files, the piece of document data corresponding to the piece of derived document data.

13. A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process comprising:

generating a plurality of archive files each including one or more pieces of document data and information regarding one or more processing functions, the one or more pieces of document data each being associated with the one or more processing functions, the information indicating one or more processes to be executed on the one or more pieces of document data; and

deriving, from the plurality of archive files generated, a common processing function among the processing functions that is common to the archive files and a piece of document data among the pieces of document data that is associated with the common processing function.

14. An information processing method comprising:

generating a plurality of archive files each including one or more pieces of document data and information regarding one or more processing functions, the one or more pieces of document data each being associated with the one or more processing functions, the information indicating one or more processes to be executed on the one or more pieces of document data; and

deriving, from the plurality of archive files generated, a common processing function among the processing functions that is common to the archive files and a piece of document data among the pieces of document data that is associated with the common processing function.
