Abstract
A light-emitting device disclosed in an embodiment comprises: a body; a plurality of lead frames on the body; a light-emitting chip on at least one of the plurality of lead frames; and a reflective frame arranged on the body and having an opening portion which opens the top portion of the light-emitting chip. The light-emitting chip comprises a first side surface, a second side surface adjacent to the first side surface, and a corner region between the first and second side surfaces. An inner side surface arranged around the opening portion of the reflective frame comprises: a first reflective region adjacent to the first side surface of the light-emitting chip; a second reflective region adjacent to the second side surface of the light-emitting chip; and a third reflective region adjacent to the edge of the light-emitting chip, wherein the inclination of the third reflective region has a larger value than the inclinations of the first and second reflective regions.

16. A light-emitting device comprising:

a body; a plurality of lead frames on the body; a light-emitting chip disposed on at least one of the plurality of lead frames and electrically connected to the plurality of lead frames; and a reflective frame having an opening portion for opening an upper portion of the light-emitting chip and disposed on the body, wherein the light-emitting chip comprises a first side surface, a second side surface adjacent to the first side surface, and a corner region between the first and second side surfaces, an inner surface disposed around the opening portion of the reflective frame comprises a first reflective region adjacent to the first side surface of the light-emitting chip, a second reflective region adjacent to the second side surface of the light-emitting chip, and a third reflective region adjacent to the edge of the light-emitting chip, wherein the reflective frame is disposed around the light-emitting chip, wherein the inner surface of the opening portion is inclined, wherein the first to third reflective regions in the inner surface of the opening portion have an inclination, and wherein the third reflective region has the inclination greater than that of each of the first and second reflective regions. - View Dependent Claims (17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29)

a circuit board; and a light-emitting device disposed on the circuit board, wherein the light-emitting device comprises; a body; a plurality of lead frames on the body; a light-emitting chip disposed on at least one of the plurality of lead frames and electrically connected to the plurality of lead frames; and a reflective frame having an opening portion for opening an upper portion of the light-emitting chip and disposed on the body, wherein the light-emitting chip comprises a first side surface, a second side surface adjacent to the first side surface, and a corner region between the first and second side surfaces, wherein an inner surface disposed around the opening portion of the reflective frame comprises a first reflective region adjacent to the first side surface of the light-emitting chip, a second reflective region adjacent to the second side surface of the light-emitting chip, and a third reflective region adjacent to the edge of the light-emitting chip, wherein the reflective frame is disposed around the light-emitting chip, wherein the inner surface of the opening portion is inclined, wherein the first to third reflective regions in the inner surface of the opening portion have an inclination, wherein the third reflective region has the inclination greater than that of each of the first and second reflective regions, and wherein the camera module further comprises an optical lens disposed on an opening portion of a reflective frame provided in the light-emitting device.

31. A light-emitting device comprising:

a body having a cavity; a plurality of lead frames coupled to the body and disposed on a bottom surface of the cavity; a light-emitting chip disposed on at least one of the plurality of lead frames; and a reflective frame having an opening portion for opening an upper portion of the light-emitting chip and disposed around the light-emitting chip, wherein the light-emitting chip comprises a first side surface, a second side surface adjacent to the first side surface, and a corner region between the first and second side surfaces, wherein the reflective frame is formed of a different material from the body, wherein a lower end of the inner surface of the opening portion is spaced apart from the plurality of lead frames which is disposed on the bottom surface of the cavity, wherein an inner surface of the reflective frame comprises a first reflective region adjacent to the first side surface of the light-emitting chip, a second reflective region adjacent to the second side surface of the light-emitting chip, and a third reflective region adjacent to the edge of the light-emitting chip, wherein the inner surface of the opening portion is inclined, and wherein the first reflective region and the second reflective region have a larger inclination toward the third reflective region. - View Dependent Claims (32, 33, 34, 35)
