- providing a surface comprising a composition, the composition comprising;
(i) a binder, and(ii) a mixture of nanoparticles in a range from 80 wt. % to 99.9 wt. %, based on the total weight of the composition, wherein 10 wt. % to 50 wt. % of the nanoparticles have an average particle diameter in a range from 2 nm to 200 nm and 50 wt. % to 90 wt. % of the nanoparticles have an average particle diameter in a range from 60 nm to 400 nm, and wherein the ratio of average particle diameters of nanoparticles having an average particle diameter in the range from 2 nm to 200 nm to average particle diameters of nanoparticles having an average particle diameter in the range from 60 nm to 400 nm is in a range from 1;
