receive, by a location beacon, a signal from a mobile device that includes a device specific identifier and location specific identifier;
determine an identity of an owner of the mobile device;
update electronic health record with a location specific identifier of the mobile device;
generate a notification message to the mobile device and an alert for other individuals based on information regarding the owner of the mobile device.

Systems and methods provide for a computer system that includes, one or more processors and non-transitory machine readable storage media coupled to the one or more processors and having instructions stored therein that are executable by the one or more processors. The processor configured to receive, by a location beacon, a signal from a mobile device that includes a device specific identifier and location specific identifier, determine an identity of an owner of the mobile device, update electronic health record with a location specific identifier of the mobile device and generate a notification message for the owner of mobile device and an alert for other individuals based on information regarding the owner of the mobile device.
