- an elongated member with a proximal end, a distal end, and a longitudinal axis therebetween, the elongated member including;
a multilumen catheter having a catheter wall with a plurality of lumen in the catheter wall, the plurality of lumen extending from a proximal end of the elongated member to a distal end of the elongated member, wherein a lumen ratio of a cross-sectional area of the plurality of lumen and a cross sectional area of the catheter wall is greater than 30%.
