Abstract

The present invention is designed so that UL transmission can be made adequately even when transmission of uplink control information using secondary cells (SCells) is made configurable. A user terminal communicates with a radio base station by using carrier aggregation, and has a receiving section that receives a DL signal transmitted from the radio base station, a transmission section that transmits uplink control information that is generated based on the DL signal received, and a control section that controls transmission of the uplink control information, and, in this user terminal, the control section controls the transmission of the uplink control information using an uplink control channel and controls the transmission of the uplink control information using an uplink shared channel in each of a plurality of cell groups, each cell group including at least one component carrier (CC).

Claims

1. A user terminal that communicates with a radio base station by using carrier aggregation, the user terminal comprising:

a receiving section that receives a DL signal transmitted from the radio base station;

a transmission section that transmits uplink control information that is generated based on the DL signal received; and

a control section that controls transmission of the uplink control information,

wherein the control section controls the transmission of the uplink control information using an uplink control channel and controls the transmission of the uplink control information using an uplink shared channel in each of a plurality of cell groups, each cell group including at least one component carrier (CC).

2. The user terminal according to claim 1, wherein:

the plurality of cell groups include at least a first cell group and a second cell group; and

the control section controls HARQ transmission by applying an HARQ timing based on an FDD scheme to the first cell group and controls HARQ transmission by applying an HARQ timing based on a TDD scheme to the second cell group.

The user terminal according to claim 2, wherein the receiving section performs a receiving operation assuming that a DAI (Downlink Assignment Index) is not included in downlink control information that schedules a CC of the first cell group, and performs the receiving operation assuming that the DAI is included in downlink control information that schedules a CC of the second cell group.

4. A user terminal that communicates with a radio base station by using carrier aggregation, the user terminal comprising:

a receiving section that receives a DL signal transmitted from the radio base station;

a transmission section that transmits uplink control information that is generated based on the DL signal received; and

a control section that controls transmission of the uplink control information,

wherein the control section controls the transmission of the uplink control information using an uplink control channel in each of a plurality of cell groups, each cell group including at least one component carrier (CC), and controls the transmission of the uplink control information using an uplink shared channel across the plurality of cell groups.

5. The user terminal according to claim 4, wherein:

the plurality of cell groups include at least a first cell group and a second cell group; and

the control section controls HARQ transmission by applying an HARQ timing based on an FDD scheme to the first cell group and controls HARQ transmission by applying an HARQ timing based on a TDD scheme to the second cell group.

The user terminal according to claim 5, wherein, when HARQ to correspond to a CC of the second group is transmitted using an uplink shared channel of a CC of the first cell group, the control section controls the number of HARQ bits based on the number of DL subframes that correspond to the uplink shared channel.

The user terminal according to claim 5, wherein, when HARQ to correspond to a CC of the second group is transmitted using an uplink shared channel of a CC of the first cell group, the control section controls the number of HARQ bits based on a DAI (Downlink Assignment Index) included in downlink control information

The user terminal according to claim 5, wherein, when a second cell group where HARQ transmission is controlled by applying the HARQ timing based on the TDD scheme is configured, the control section does not transmit the uplink control information by using the uplink shared channel in a CC of the first cell group.

9. A radio base station that communicates with a user terminal by using carrier aggregation, the radio base station comprising:

a transmission section that transmits a DL signal; and

a receiving section that receives uplink control information transmitted from the user terminal,

wherein the receiving section receives uplink control information, transmission of which is controlled in each of a plurality of cell groups, each including at least one component carrier (CC), by using an uplink control channel or by using an uplink shared channel.

10. A radio communication method for a user terminal that communicates with a radio base station by using and carrier aggregation, the radio communication method comprising the steps of:

receiving a DL signal transmitted from the radio base station; and

transmitting uplink control information that is generated based on the DL signal received,

wherein transmission of the uplink control information is controlled using an uplink control channel, and the transmission of the uplink control information is controlled using an uplink shared channel, in each of a plurality of cell groups, each cell group including at least one component carrier (CC).
