METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING SIGNAL FOR MTC AND APPARATUS FOR SAME
First Claim
1. A method for performing a random access procedure by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system supporting coverage enhancement, the method comprising:
- transmitting, by the UE, a random access preamble; and
repeatedly receiving, by the UE, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) scheduling a random access response (RAR) in response to the random access preamble, wherein starting subframe information for repeatedly receiving the PDCCH scheduling the RAR is signaled through a system information block (SIB).

Abstract
A method for performing a random access procedure by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system supporting coverage enhancement, the method including transmitting, by the UE, a random access preamble and repeatedly receiving, by the UE, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) scheduling a random access response (RAR) in response to the random access preamble, wherein, starting subframe information for repeatedly receiving the PDCCH scheduling the RAR is signaled through a system information block (SIB).

11. A user equipment (UE) performing a random access procedure in a wireless communication system supporting coverage enhancement, the UE comprising:
-
a radio frequency (RF) unit; and a processor operatively connected to the RF unit and configured to; control the RF unit to transmit a random access preamble, and control the RF unit to repeatedly receive a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) scheduling a random access response (RAR) in response to the random access preamble, wherein starting subframe information for repeatedly receiving the PDCCH scheduling the RAR is signaled through a system information block (SIB). - View Dependent Claims (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20)
