1. An air conditioning device provided on an underside of a seating surface of a vehicle seat, the air conditioning device comprising:
- a fan that comprises a case module and a restrictor,the case module comprising a first case and a second case, the first case being located at a side of the fan where the seating surface is located, and the second case being located at a side of the fan opposite to the seating surface and being assembled to the first case, andthe restrictor configured to restrict assembling of the first case and the second case to each other when an orientation of the second case with respect to the first case is different from a specified orientation.
