- a pixel portion including a plurality of pixels;
a display switching function portion that displays an image based on light emitted from the pixel portion, and is capable of switching a three-dimensional display and a two-dimensional display of the image; and
a sensor portion that detects whether or not an object comes into contact with or approaches,wherein the pixel portion includes an organic electroluminescent layer and a common electrode in this order above the plurality of pixel electrodes,the display switching function portion includes a function layer, which allows an emission angle or an emission area of a light beam to vary in response to an applied voltage, and a driving electrode for a display switching in this order above a counter electrode, andthe sensor portion includes a detection electrode above the driving electrode for a sensor, a capacitative element being formed between the driving electrode for a sensor and the detection electrode.
