Abstract

An intelligent door lock system is coupled to a door at a dwelling. A door status device is at the dwelling. The door status device is coupled to a drive shaft of a lock device to assist in locking and unlocking a lock of a lock device at the door. The lock device is coupled to the door status device and includes a bolt. An engine, an energy source and a memory are coupled together. A plurality of cameras that communicate with each other and with the lock device.

Claims

1. An intelligent door lock system coupled to a door at a dwelling, comprising:

a door status device at the dwelling, the door status device being coupled to a drive shaft of a lock device to assist in locking and unlocking a lock of the lock device at the door, the lock device coupled to the door status device and includes a bolt;

an engine, an energy source and a memory coupled together; and

a plurality of cameras that communicate with each other and with the lock device.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of camera communicate via Bluetooth.

3. The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of camera communicate via Bluetooth and via Wi-Fi to a server.

4. The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of cameras is configured to provide that one of a camera of the plurality of cameras triggers a next camera in sequence when a third party entering or exiting the dwelling is out of a frame of a camera.

5. The system of claim 1, wherein each camera triggers a different camera depending on a direction in which a third party entering or exiting the dwelling becomes out of a frame.

6. The system of claim 1, wherein a single video is recorded by stitching footage from all of the plurality cameras in sequence

7. The system of claim 4, wherein a single video shows a complete end-to-end path of the third party in the dwelling.

8. The system of claim 1, wherein a first camera of the plurality of becomes active and in response the next camera becomes active.

9. The system of claim 1, wherein a dwelling occupant can be on its mobile device to watch what is going on.

10. The system of claim 4, wherein the plurality of cameras is configured to view the third party entering or exiting the dwelling.

11. The system of claim 1, the plurality of cameras is positioned at a selected path at the dwelling.

12. The system of claim 4, wherein the third party is a delivery person.

13. The system of claim 4, wherein the plurality of cameras record activities of the third party.

14. The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of cameras is placed in a determined order along a specific path.

15. An intelligent door lock system coupled to a door at a dwelling, comprising:

a door status device at the dwelling, the door status device being coupled to a drive shaft of a lock device to assist in locking and unlocking a lock of the lock device at the door, the lock device coupled to the door status device and includes a bolt;

an engine, an energy source and a memory coupled together; and

a plurality of cameras that communicate with each other and with the lock device.

16. The system of claim 15, wherein the plurality of camera communicate via Bluetooth.

17. The system of claim 15, wherein the plurality of camera communicate via Bluetooth and via WiFi to a server.

18. The system of claim 15, wherein the plurality of cameras is configured to provide that one of a camera of the plurality of cameras triggers a next camera in sequence when a third party entering or exiting the dwelling is out of a frame of a camera.

19. The system of claim 15, wherein each camera triggers a different camera depending on a direction in which a third party entering or exiting the dwelling becomes out of a frame.

20. The system of claim 15, wherein a single video is recorded by stitching footage from all of the plurality cameras in sequence

21. The system of claim 18, wherein a single video shows a complete end-to-end path of the third party in the dwelling.

22. The system of claim 15, wherein a first camera of the plurality of becomes active and in response the next camera becomes active.

23. The system of claim 15, wherein a dwelling occupant can be on its mobile device to watch what is going on.

24. The system of claim 18, wherein the plurality of cameras is configured to view the third party entering or exiting the dwelling.

25. The system of claim 15, the plurality of cameras is positioned at a selected path at the dwelling.

26. The system of claim 18, wherein the third party is a delivery person.

27. The system of claim 18, wherein the plurality of cameras record activities of the third party.

28. The system of claim 15, wherein the plurality of cameras is placed in a determined order along a specific path.
