1. A computer-implemented method for monitoring dangerous goods based on networked devices, the method being executed using one or more processors and comprising:

  • registering, by the one or more processors, a first dangerous good and a second dangerous good with a monitoring system, the first dangerous good and the second dangerous good comprising potentially harmful chemicals and being associated with a first networked device and a second networked device, respectively, the first networked device and the second networked device comprising one or more components that provide data associated with the first dangerous good and the second dangerous good and communicating with one another forming a mesh network to determine global locations of the first dangerous good and the second dangerous good and a relative location defining a distance between the first dangerous good and the second dangerous good, the data comprising an environmental data;

    determining, by the one or more processors, at least one rule that is to be applied to handling of the first dangerous good and the second dangerous good to prevent a harm, the at least one rule being dependent on types of the potentially harmful chemicals, quantities of the potentially harmful chemical chemicals, and the global locations;

    receiving, by the one or more processors, the data associated with the dangerous good;

    determining, by the one or more processors, that a violation has occurred by comparing the data associated with the dangerous good to the at least one rule, the violation being associated with a respective degree indicating a severity of the harm based on the types of the potentially harmful chemicals, the quantities of the potentially harmful chemical chemicals and the relative location; and

    transmitting, by the one or more processors, a notification to at least one application of a plurality of applications, the notification indicating that the violation has occurred.
