29. A computer program product that is non-transitory and stores instructions that once executed by a computer causes the computer to perform the steps of:
-
receiving sensed vehicle parameters by multiple vehicle sensors that comprise multiple types of sensors; processing the sensed vehicle parameters to provide vehicle failure information; receiving repair information sensed by a vehicle repair computer, the repair information is about a repair of the vehicle failure by the technician; computing a repair grade that is related to the repair of the vehicle failure by the technician;
wherein the computing is based on at least, the repair information and the vehicle failure information.
