- a sensing system configured to generate at least one of obstacle information or vehicle information,wherein said obstacle information is indicative of obstacles along a path of travel of said first vehicle, and said vehicle information indicates a change in at least one of a motion of said first vehicle or vehicle parameters of said first vehicle; and
a data processing unit that includes one or more circuits configured to;
generate first minimum set of data (MSD) having payload of eCall standard data and additional data, wherein said additional data is generated based on at least one of said obstacle information or said vehicle information;
transmit said first MSD to a server;
receive alert information from said server, wherein said server receives a second MSD from a second vehicle in said path of travel of said first vehicle, and wherein said server generates said alert information based on at least one of said obstacle information or said vehicle information included in said second MSD; and
render an alert based on said alert information.

Abstract
Various aspects of a system and method for generation of a preventive alert are disclosed herein. The system comprises one or more circuits in a vehicle configured to retrieve sensor data associated with the vehicle and/or obstacle information generated by one or more sensors of the vehicle, along a path of the vehicle. The system further comprises one or more circuits configured to communicate to a server, a set of data based on the retrieved sensor data and/or the retrieved obstacle information. The generation of an alert to one or more vehicles is controlled by the server, based on the communicated set of data.
