1. A method of distributing advertising information with the possibility of evaluating the efficiency and analyzing the potential audience of advertising and information structures as well as using the information received for targeting the audience and individual communication, which enables supplying an advertising medium with at least one beacon, equipped with a wireless signal transmission and/or reception and transmission technology and issuing signals at a given periodicity, registering beacon signals with consumer mobile devices, sending a signal to the control device that initiates the transfer of advertising and/or information materials for its further displaying in a an advertising medium, which is remarkable for the fact that, while the mobile device is in the beacon coverage area, the mobile device traveling speed, the direction of traveling and the location of the device relative to the advertising and information structure are determined, transmitting to the control device the data on the location and speed of travelling of the mobile device and its identifier, by which the duration of interval of the mobile device being in the beacon coverage area is estimated, recording the duration and the corresponding identifier of the mobile device, comparing the duration of interval of the mobile device being in the beacon coverage area with the duration of the said interval recorded earlier and the content of the information transmitted to the advertising medium upon receipt of these data, and selecting the advertising packages based on the results of the comparison.

Abstract
The invention pertains to the means of providing advertising and information services and can be used in various environments, where a potential consumer is present and where there is an identifiable mobile device on condition that the advertising media are placed mainly on stands, posts, in and/or on buildings or other structures. In this method, a beacon (beacons) is placed in at least one advertisement medium, which generates a signal at a given periodicity, registers beacon signals with consumer mobile devices, and generates signals initiating the transfer of advertising packages to display advertisements in the advertising medium.

The method of Clause 1, where in the beacon coverage area each beacon signal and its reception time are recorded in the mobile device, which enables estimating the distance to the beacon with a view to calculating the mobile device traveling speed and the actual location of the mobile device relative to the beacon.
