MESENCHYMAL STEM CELL EXTRACT AND ITS USE
First Claim
1. A mesenchymal stem cell extract, which is a supernatant comprising bone morphogenetic protein-7 (BMP-7), stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), C-X-C chemokine receptor type-4 (CXCR4), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), and interleukin-17 (IL-17), and the supernatant is provided by the following steps:
- (1) mixing mesenchymal stem cells separated from an animal fat tissue with a proteolysis buffer containing NP40 lysis buffer, phenylmethanesulfonyl fluoride (PMSF), a protease inhibitor, β
-glycerol phosphate and Na3VO4, to lyse the cells and provide a cell lysate; and
(2) centrifugating the cell lysate at a temperature of no more than 4°
C. to collect the supernatant.
