Abstract
An antenna device includes first and second folded antenna elements connected to first and second perpendicular sides of a ground at first and second connection points, respectively. The first and second sides have lengths Gx and Gy shorter than or equal to half the signal wavelength λ. Gx1 is defined as a length of a portion of the first side between the first connection point and an end of the first side away from the first folded antenna element in a direction opposite to a folding direction thereof. Gy1 is defined as a length of a portion of the second side between the second connection point and an end of the second side away from the second folded antenna element in a direction opposite to a folding direction thereof. The Gx1 and Gy1 satisfy inequalities: 0≤Gx1<Gx/2 and 0≤Gy1<Gy/2.
