Abstract

The present disclosure describes a system, apparatus, and method for storing, transporting, delivering, and dispensing carbonated beverages that maintains a high degree of carbonation and extends the shelf life of the beverage. The system includes a container that includes an outlet for dispensing the beverage. Disposed within the container is a first bladder that contains a fluid and an apparatus for exerting a constant pressure on the first bladder. The fluid is dispensed from the first bladder through the outlet, in response to the apparatus exerting pressure on the first bladder.

Claims

1. A system comprising:

a container including an outlet for dispensing a liquid;

a first bladder, located within the container, configured to store the liquid;

a first mechanism, located within the container, configured to exert pressure on the first bladder to cause the liquid to be dispensed through the outlet; and

a support structure, separate from the container and disposed therein, that encompasses the first bladder and the first mechanism.

3. The system of claim 1, wherein the first mechanism is a second bladder.

4. The system of claim 3, wherein the second bladder is adjacent to the first bladder.

5. The system of claim 3, wherein the second bladder is located within the first bladder.

6. The system of claim 3, further comprising:

a pump located on an exterior surface of the container and connected to the second bladder.

7. The system of claim 6, wherein the pump is a manual pump.

8. The system of claim 6, wherein the pump is an automatic pump.

9. The system of claim 3, wherein the second bladder is attached to an interior surface of the container that is diametrically opposite of a surface containing a pump via at least one appendage.

10. The system of claim 1, wherein the container comprises a water resistant coating.

11. The system of claim 1, wherein the container is made of a waterproof material.

12. The system of claim 1, wherein the first mechanism is a diaphragm.

13. The system of claim 12, comprising:

a ratcheting system configured to raise and lower the diaphragm.

14. The system of claim 12, comprising:

a motor configured to raise and lower the diaphragm.

15. The system of claim 1, wherein the outlet is selected from the group consisting of:

a spigot, a faucet, one-way check valve, and a hinge-valve.

16. The system of claim 1, wherein the outlet is an interface to connect at least one of a spigot, a faucet, one-way check valve, and a hinge-valve.

17. The system of claim 1, wherein the support structure includes one or more compartments capable of storing cooling material.

18. The system of claim 3, wherein the second bladder is secured to an interior surface of the container via at least one appendage.

19. The system of claim 3, wherein the second bladder substantially envelops the first bladder.
