1. A flame retardant resin composition comprising:
- a polyolefin resin;
a silicone compound;
a fatty acid containing compound;
aluminum hydroxide; and
a triazine ring containing hindered amine compound, wherein, with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyolefin resin,the silicone compound is blended in an amount of the range 0.5 to 10 parts by mass,the fatty acid containing compound is blended in an amount of the range 0.5 to 20 parts by mass,the aluminum hydroxide is blended in an amount of the range 1 to 60 parts by mass,the triazine ring containing hindered amine compound is blended in an amount of the range 0.05 to 8 parts by mass, andthe triazine ring containing hindered amine compound includes an oxygen atom.

With respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyolefin resin, the silicone compound is blended in an amount of the range 0.5 to 10 parts by mass, the fatty acid containing compound is blended in an amount of the range 0.5 to 20 parts by mass, the aluminum hydroxide is blended in an amount of the range 1 to 60 parts by mass, and the triazine ring containing hindered amine compound is blended in an amount of the range 0.05 to 8 parts by mass or less. The triazine ring containing hindered amine compound may include an oxygen atom.
