1. A computer-implemented method comprising:
- identifying, by an event agent (EA) assigned to a region of a plurality of regions of a geographic space, an event occurring in the geographic space in which a plurality of mobile objects move, wherein identifying the event comprises determining a temporary event, wherein the temporary event is selected from the group consisting of;
an accident, obstruction, closure, limitation, weather and construction;
determining the event is an expected event based on predicting time-series changes of the event handled by the EA, wherein determining the event is the expected event includes determining a plurality of the events correspond respectively to a plurality of future timings, wherein determining the event is the expected event includes assigning a plurality of predictive environment agent (PEA)s corresponding to the plurality of future timings in every one of a plurality of predetermined time intervals for each of the plurality of regions based on the movement of the expected event through the geographic space, wherein each PEA contains event information for the expected event during a time interval and in the region for which the PEA is assigned;
updating the plurality of PEAs in response to reaching an earliest time interval of the plurality of time intervals following a passage of time, wherein updating the plurality of PEAs comprises shifting the plurality of PEAs to be earlier in time series order, and reassigning the plurality of PEAs of the earliest time interval to a plurality of future time intervals updated with a future event; and
assisting, by a mobile object agent, movement of a mobile object based on the expected event, wherein managing the mobile object based on the expected event includes receiving, by the mobile object agent, information from PEAs that are associate with the time interval that the mobile object would travel through the region associated with each PEA and moving the mobile object based on the information received from the PEAs.

An embodiment of the invention may include a method, computer program product and computer system for managing mobile objects. The embodiment may identify, by an event agent (EA), an event occurring in a geographic space in which a plurality of mobile objects move. The embodiment may determine the event is an expected event based on predicting time-series changes of the event handled by the EA. The embodiment may manage the one mobile object based on the expected event.
