1. A teat dip applicator valve assembly comprising:
- a teat dip fluid conduit defining a flow path having a first end and a second end;
a first valve having an open position and a closed position to close the first end of the flow path;
a second valve having an open position and a closed position to close another end of the flow path;
a pressurized teat dip fluid source in fluid communication with the flow path when the first valve is closed and the second valve is closed; and
a pressure monitor in communication with the flow path to determine fluid pressure in the flow path.

a pre-dip safety valve having; a pre-dip upstream valve having a pre-dip fluid inlet and an outlet, and having an open position and a closed position; a pre-dip fluid galley in communication with the pre-dip upstream valve outlet, and having an open position and a closed position; a pre-dip downstream valve having an inlet in communication with the galley and a pre-dip outlet, and having an open position and a closed position; a post-dip safety valve having; a post-dip upstream valve having a post-dip fluid inlet and an outlet, and having an open position and a closed position; a post-dip fluid galley in communication with the post-dip upstream valve outlet, and having an open position and a closed position; a post-dip downstream valve having a post-dip inlet in communication with the post-dip galley, and having an open position and a closed position;
a pre-dip inlet in communication with the pre-dip outlet of the pre-dip downstream valve; and
