1. A system for noninvasively measuring a physiological parameter of a patient to facilitate a diagnosis, the system comprising:

  • an electronic device comprising a display, a wireless transceiver, a memory device comprising processor-executable instruction stored thereon, and a hardware processor in communication with the display, wireless transceiver, and the memory;

    the hardware processor programmed to execute the processor-executable instructions stored in the memory so as to;

    display, on the display, a request for at least one patient ID associated with a patient;

    receive an input including the at least one patient ID;

    validate the at least on patient ID using one or more validations rules;

    provide, on the display, instructions for obtaining a critical congenital heart defect (CCHD) screening of the patient;

    determine CCHD screening information; and

    transmit the CCHD screening information in association with the at least one patient ID to a gateway computing device.
