Abstract
A micro- or nanoparticular multilamellar vesicle is constituted of concentric membranes comprising at least one non-ionic surfactant of the sucrose ester type comprising at least one chain arising from a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated, optionally mono- or polyhydroxylated C12 to C22 fatty acid, which vesicle comprises at least a hyaluronic acid (HA), wherein the hyaluronic acid is a crosslinked hyaluronic acid. Also disclosed are a method of manufacture of such vesicle, compositions comprising such vesicle and their uses.

12. A method of manufacturing a micro- or nanoparticular multilamellar vesicle, comprising:
-
(a) preparing a non-ionic surfactant phase comprising at least one non-ionic surfactant of the sucrose ester type, comprising at least one chain arising from a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated, optionally mono- or polyhydroxylated, C12 to C22 fatty acid; (b) preparing an aqueous phase comprising at least a hyaluronic acid, wherein the hyaluronic acid is a crosslinked hyaluronic acid; (c) mixing the aqueous phase into the non-ionic surfactant phase with controlled stirring and heating, to form a preparation containing the multilamellar vesicle comprising surfactant bi-layers; and (d) diluting the preparation containing the multilamellar vesicle with water. - View Dependent Claims (13)
