VALVE DEVICE

1. A valve device comprising:
- a casing having a channel for fluid; and
a valve mechanism including a valve seat having a seat surface in a ring shape and a valve body configured to be displaced to be separated from and seated on the seat surface of the valve seat so that the valve mechanism opens and closes the channel, whereinthe valve seat is held to be movable back and forth along a center axis of the ring shape such that the seat surface of the valve seat and the seat surface of the valve body are separated from each other and brought into contact with each other, andthe valve seat is held to be rotatable about the center axis of the ring shape.
