  • 42, 88, 1-39, 41, 43-49, 51-62, 64-71, 73-87, and 89-141, wherein said cancer is selected from the group consisting of lung cancer, melanoma, liver cancer, breast cancer, uterine cancer, Merkel cell carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, gallbladder cancer, bile duct cancer, colon or rectum cancer, urinary bladder cancer, kidney cancer, leukemia, ovarian cancer, esophageal cancer, brain cancer, gastric cancer, and prostate cancer.
