Abstract

An analysis apparatus includes an estimator configured to estimate spectral information of an object based on information acquired by a spectroscope, and a processor configured to tag the spectral information of the object with a feature amount of the object. The estimator performs different estimation processing for each of a plurality of spectroscopes, and the processor performs regression processing common to the plurality of spectroscopes.

Claims

1. An analysis apparatus comprising:

an estimator configured to estimate spectral information of an object based on information acquired by a spectroscope; and

a processor configured to tag the spectral information of the object with a feature amount of the object,

wherein the estimator performs different estimation processing for each of a plurality of spectroscopes, and

wherein the processor performs regression processing common to the plurality of spectroscopes.

2. The analysis apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the estimator estimates the spectral information of the object based on an image acquired by capturing the object by the spectroscope.

3. The analysis apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the spectral information of the object is a spectrum of the object.

4. The analysis apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the spectral information of the object is a spectral coefficient of the object.

5. The analysis apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the spectral coefficient is a coefficient representing a characteristic of a wavelength of reflection light or transmission light of the object.

6. The analysis apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the estimator estimates the spectral coefficient of the object by performing four arithmetic operations for the information acquired by the spectroscope.

7. The analysis apparatus according to claim 6, wherein an expression used to estimate the spectral coefficient of the object is tagged by a linear regression.

The analysis apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the estimator estimates the spectral coefficient of the object based on the information acquired by the spectroscope, and estimates the spectrum of the object based on the spectral coefficient of the object by different processing according to a wavelength of reflection light or transmission light of the object.

9. The analysis apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the spectral coefficient having the highest contribution ratio out of the spectral coefficients has a permissible error of 30% or less.

10. The analysis apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the feature amount of the object is property information of the object.

11. The analysis apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the processor determines whether or not the object is a predetermined object based on the spectral information of the object estimated by the estimator.

12. The analysis apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the estimator estimates the spectral information of the object based on a variable term obtained by removing a constant term from the information acquired by the spectroscope.

13. The analysis apparatus according to claim 12, wherein an absolute value of the variable term is smaller than an absolute value of the constant term.

14. The analysis apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the estimator estimates the spectral information of the object based on the plurality of pieces of information acquired by the plurality of spectroscopes.

15. An imaging system comprising:

the analysis apparatus according to claim 1; and

a spectroscope configured to acquire the information.

16. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program that causes a computer to execute a method that includes the steps of:

estimating spectral information of an object based on information acquired by a spectroscope; and

tagging the spectral information of the object with a feature amount of the object,

wherein the estimating step performs different estimation processing for each of a plurality of spectroscopes, and

wherein the tagging step performs regression processing common to the plurality of spectroscopes.
